By accessing or using the SonikSync website and purchasing products such as Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. SonikSync reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use SonikSync solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access to our systems, data mining, or any form of automated data collection. As SonikSync does not operate a user account center, all transactions are processed on a guest basis, and you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase.

3. Product Information and Pricing

However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, SonikSync reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and exclude taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. SonikSync may accept or decline orders at its discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using a valid payment method. We reserve the right to verify payment details and may cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

SonikSync will arrange for shipment of products to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. SonikSync is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Refund Policy

SonikSync offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. All content on the SonikSync website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of SonikSync or its licensors. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SonikSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
